Pupil Health and Wellbeing Morning @ St Mary’s College


We are always striving to improve our pupils health and wellbeing. As part of our pupil Health and Wellbeing programme, our pupils spent a morning with their Form teacher learning healthy routines and strategies to help them:

- Sleep better
- Eat healthier
- Get more exercise
- Deal with low level anxiety
- Detox from digital devices
- Follow their personal Health and Wellbeing Plan

Pupils also reflected on Remote Learning and identified ways to effectively learn at home. Thank you to Mrs Rogan and Mrs Molloy for the excellent resources and all our wonderful Form Teachers and Year Heads for a successful Pupil Health and Wellbeing morning!
