St Mary’s College talk Minecraft & its use in education


Reporters from St Mary's College in Derry talked to students who took part in a Minecraft coding workshop in their school. It was part of the CultureTech festival in Londonderry. Students hope that coding can increase their career prospects. The reporters spoke to Mikael from TeacherGaming who runs MinecraftEdu, told them about the skills that can be learned from playing computer games as well as Minecrafts's recent acquisition by Microsoft
